Catch your dinner for the night or just enjoy some canal cruising or a sunset over the bay. The home is so cute and has great updates. It has many windows so is light and bright throughout. There's plenty of room for a family gathering with two living areas and a great updated kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Great canal view from most rooms and the covered area downstairs is another great place to enjoy the water. With the split floor plan, the main bedroom is located separately from the other bedrooms. It is cozy and bright with a vaulted ceiling and a sitting area. The secondary bedrooms each sleep 3 guests with full/twin combo bedding arrangements. Bay Breeze sleeps 8. A stackable washer and dryer is also available for guest use. There is a golf cart on the property available to rent directly from the owner. For $30/day, you will be able to request it once you get to the property. The owner retains the right to decline requests at any time. Beach Time Vacation Rentals powered by Casago is not responsible for the rental, damages, or injuries involving the use of the golf cart. The owner can be contacted for questions regarding rental of the golf cart.

Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50.00 non-refundable fee for the second pet. 30lb limit. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. No cats allowed.

Galveston Island offers activities for all ages! With so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Kids will enjoy everything from go-carts and miniature golf to fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. The Historic Strand Shopping District boasts numerous fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining and international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, The Strand and Post Office St. have some really quaint shops and art galleries to check out. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!  The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a magnificent historic setting for live theatre. And, we sure do love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!  Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. The Owner has installed Exterior Cameras at this unit for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry into the unit.

**Optional Sea Isle Amenities Fee (not included in rental rate):  $100/week for up to 10 guests in a reservation. Passes can not be purchased once the Sea Isle POA office closes at 5:00 PM on Friday and they are not open on the weekends or holidays. If you choose to purchase a pool pass, please contact office prior to arrival.
