Ready to get away for vacation??? Pelican Place is ready for you! Enjoy elevated views from this dazzling top floor, two bedroom, two full bathroom abode by the beach. Pelican Place is situated at the center of the amenity-filled Maravilla Resort, located on Seawall Boulevard, across from the beaches of Galveston Island. No matter the occasion, this lavish condo makes for your most comfortable and relaxing visit. Our guests are greeted with our complimentary Welcome Gift upon arrival.

Pelican Place has two private bedrooms with queen size beds, and storage space for guest convenience. The primary bedroom features private balcony access, and also has its own en suite full bathroom. Both primary and guest bathrooms feature a wonderfully remodeled step in shower with beautiful tile surround and pebble stone shower flooring. There's a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, utensils for 6 guests. Dine in at the large counter island or work remote with free WiFi provided with your stay. The living area features a large flat screen tv with streaming capabilities, simply log in to your own account subscriptions. The alcove area features the beloved bunk bed area with two twin beds for children or last minute guest coming along on vacation. There is a stackable washer & dryer in the condo to make your stay carefree. Even bath and beach towels are provided during your Beach Time Vacation Rentals Powered by Casago stay. 

The Maravilla Resort has wonderful amenities to enjoy while staying at Pelican Place. Maravilla Condos has 3 pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, lush landscaping, volleyball area, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...all in a tropical paradise setting. Cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets are just part of the experience. This condo is ideal for honeymooners, a family or a couple's retreat. Free WiFi is available at the Maravilla Resort so you can stay as connected as you would like. There is also an on-site laundry room for all visitors. Whether a quick weekend get away or a Snow Bird Winter Escape, "Pelican Place" is definitely the place to be! 

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Pelican Place. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. BTVR has made prepaying for parking a breeze, just download the Happy Stays X App and Scan the Handy QR Code.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay for and obtain your parking passes and pool bands. Parking Rules and Prices are as follows: 
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Pelican Place is pet friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50.00 non-refundable fee for the second pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum.

All fees and services subject to 15% tax.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of our many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or "Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!" The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!  

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. Beach Time Vacation Rentals wants our visitors to be able to start their vacation without a hitch. We gladly provide a BTVR insulated cooler as our gift and way of saying "Thank You" for choosing to stay with us. We also have each condo ready with a starter set of essentials including toilet paper for both bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, linens and bath towels, a couple of dishwashing tablets, and a couple of trash bags. Each bathroom has a guest size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
